What the service stores

Your sign-in details, business profile, customer records, invoices, payments, expenses, receipts and a record of security and account actions. Account Success uses this information to provide your workspace and protect access.

Workspace access

Other people can access your workspace only when they have a membership. Your accountant or administrator may have access where agreed. The workspace settings show who has access.

Cookies

The application uses an essential session cookie for sign-in and security. It does not include advertising or analytics trackers.

Your rights and requests

You can download account data from Reports. Contact the privacy contact for access, correction, restriction or deletion requests. Some financial records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Requests are reviewed rather than automatically erasing accounting history.

Policy completion before launch

The operator must document its lawful bases, hosting and subprocessors, retention periods, international transfers, complaints process and ICO details before accepting real client data. This initial policy describes the application; it is not a completed legal privacy notice.
